Our investors are critically important to what we do as our goals can not be met without the right kind of capital, in the right way, and at the right time.  Thank you for your consideration in partnering with us on our journey.  Whether your syndicated investment role is active or passive, you are an important and valuable part to our strategic vision.  Here is what we commit to you:

1. We stay true to our strategy by accepting only opportunities that are true to our vision and in-line with our goals.
2. Any opportunity presented to you will be well and carefully curated, researched, documented, and verifiable.  
3. We will hold monthly open board meetings to which you will be invited.  We will review the current status of your project, review recent decisions, identify risks, and take your input.  You are not required to attend, however, your attendance, as you are able, is encouraged and your input is valuable.  You are a key member to our team.
4. Quarterly statements will be published so you can track and monitor the health of your investment and progress towards our goals.
5. This is business....but it's also personal.  We're here to make money, but make it in a responsible and sustainable fashion where everyone's situation is improved.
